NCT recognise how important it is for parents to have basic first aid skills and the confidence to use them in an emergency. That’s why we have partnered with the British Red Cross to offer you the chance to learn skills that could save your child's life.

NCT and British Red Cross have worked together to create a bespoke Baby first aid course designed to build your confidence as a parent or carer in dealing with emergency situations. We are delighted to be able to offer these excellent courses across the UK.

Our two hour courses are delivered by an expert trainer from the British Red Cross. Within a relaxed environment, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions from your trainer and share experiences with other parents.

The NCT Baby first aid courses are suitable for parents, expectant parents and carers of babies and young children, you don’t have to be an NCT member to attend one of our courses.

By the end of your course you have the practical knowledge and skills, plus the confidence to put these skills into practice.

Topics covered during the course include:

· Loss of consciousness and CPR
· Choking
· Bleeding
· Burns
· High Temperatures

Book now. It could be the most important thing you do today! Our course costs £25 (or £45 for couples), and we offer reduced rates for those on low income or in receipt of certain benefits.
