Venue: St Johns Hospital, Bath
NCT Relax, Stretch and Breathe (yoga based exercise) classes are held as a weekly drop-in. You can start coming to RSB any time after 12 weeks of pregnancy please contact the teacher, Maxine Palmer, to check availability and register. The classes are held on Monday evenings from 7.45pm - 9.15pm, which includes a long relaxation at the end.

An 18.5 hour course of 5 weekday evening sessions (for women plus birthing partner), 1 weekday daytime session (for women only), 1 Saturday morning session (for women plus birthing partner) and 1 weekday daytime session (for women plus birthing partner), including breastfeeding. There will also be a 2 hour reunion after the births. It also includes a tour of the RUH.

There will also be a 2 hour reunion after the births.

A 17.5 hour course of 3 Saturday sessions and 1 Thursday evening session, including breastfeeding. There will also be a 2 hour reunion after the births. It also includes a tour of the Royal United Hospital (RUH).

A 17.5 hour course of 6 weekday evening sessions (for women plus birthing partner) and 1 Friday morning session (for women only), including breastfeeding. There will also be a 2 hour reunion after the births. It also includes a tour of the RUH. In addition there will be as part of the course a two and a half hour breastfeeding class - details tbc.

A 2 hour course of 1 Tuesday afternoon session. Babies are welcome to attend. This workshop is suitable for any parent/carer, however a place must be booked for each adult attending.
