Relax, Stretch & Breathe Classes

A weekly class of stretches and relaxation for women over 12 weeks pregnant, with lots of extra information for labour and afterwards, held in Bromley on Saturday mornings. Contact Cath Narracott on 020 8462 2004.

Post Natal Teas

Informal get-togethers for new mothers, hosted by local NCT members that are invaluable for meeting new mothers in your neighbourhood. You should be contacted by your local post natal tea organiser who will invite you to her house one afternoon to meet other mothers in your post code who have babies of a similar age. Further information is detailed on the Post Natal Teas page under the Early Days section.

Twins and Multiple Births

Volunteers

Volunteering is a fantastic way to make new friends; it’s the only way that the branch can operate as everyone who makes this branch a success is a volunteer. It’s also a good way to keep your brain in gear and have something to put on your CV if you go back to work.
