We are very lucky to have exclusive access to the Little Dippers indoor swim centre to be able to offer free pregnancy relaxation and floatation sessions to our members.

The Little Dippers Indoor Swim Centre is a wonderful virtually chlorine free hydrotherapy pool, which is of course heated to a lovely warm temperature.

On the first Tuesday of every month from 4 - 5 pm the lights are lowered, candles are lit and you can just lie back and relax whilst floating around in the pool.

You must prebook to attend as numbers are limited but is is very easy, just email nctlittledippersbookings@yahoo.co.uk
