Hypnobaby is a 5 week Hypno-birthing course run regularly by Miranda Prochazka and Clementine O'Shaughnessy; two experienced Clinical Hypnotherapists and expert Hypno-birthers. The courses are designerd to help pregnant women and their birth partners become confident, empowered and in control during pregnancy and the birth of their child.

Research demonstrates that anxiety about birth causes the body to revert to the primative fight or flight mode which hinders the production of chemicals and oxygen distribution, needed for a safe and comfortable birth. You will learn how to deeply relax, use techniques to help with disassociation and think more positively. Hypnobaby groups are small, relaxing and informative. All information is based on neuroscience and is evidential. You will receive course notes, weekly handouts, 2 CDs and practice hypnosis every week.
