This course also offers a bumps and babes coffee morning, giving you the opportunity to meet new mums in the area and share experiences of life with a new baby. We cover issues such as nappy options, what is going on locally ie baby massage, post-natal groups and ongoing feeding support. The date of this session will be determined during your course.
