NCT Yoga for Pregnancy classes will be held as a weekly drop-in, so you can start at any stage in your pregnancy, after 12 weeks. Classes run every Wednesday from 7pm - 8.45pm.

A 16 hour course of 3 weekday evening sessions and 2 Saturday sessions, including breastfeeding. There will also be a 2 hour reunion after the births.
