Antenatal Classes can be booked in various locations across the area, giving you the chance to make friends who are expecting babies around the same time as you, as well a chance to learn about what choices you have in planning your birth and life with your new baby or babies.

We also run 2 hour Homebirth and Starting Solids Workshops, Refresher Courses for second, third or fourth time around and Early Days Courses for parents with young babies

We run Town Tots in Colchester town centre as well as supporting you in feeding your baby, finding a well fitting feeding bra; first aid courses and hiring breast pumps and valley cushions.

Nearly New Sales are held at Charter Hall (next to Leisure World) in the spring and autumn. They are a great place to shop for you and your baby, stock up on maternity wear, baby and children's clothes, toys, books and games as well as equipment such as prams, cots and stairgates.
