Rhymetimes are the ideal way for parents and carers to introduce babies and toddlers to nursery rhymes, actions rhymes and songs. These fun activities encourage an early love of language, rhymes and songs, and help to provide a firm foundation for learning to read. Babies and toddlers love to play instruments and explore new sounds and at these sessions they can do both. Rhymetimes are an opportunity to meet and play with other children and for parents and carers to make new friends, too. Maracas are provided.
Wiggle and Jiggle sessions are for toddlers who are ready for more action with their music, rhymes and songs. Designed for the lively toddler, these sessions will have everyone on their feet. Join in with the 'Hokey Cokey', 'Here We Go Round the Mulberry Bush' and lots more action songs and rhymes.
Storytime sessions involve stories and rhymes, where your child can also make a small craft item to take home. The sessions are informal, although children need to be ready to sit together to share the activity.
