NCT Relax, Stretch and Breathe (yoga based exercise) classes are held as a weekly drop-in, so you can start at any stage in your pregnancy, after 12 weeks. The class runs on a Wednesday evening from 6 to 7.30pm.

This is a class for couples (or a Mum and her birth partner). The couples class runs bi-monthly. This class is an opportunity for your birth supports to learn skills which will enable them to give support during labour.

Venue: 166 Mickleover Scout Headquarters, Mickleover
NCT Relax, Stretch and Breathe (yoga based exercise) classes are held as a weekly drop-in. You can start coming to RSB any time after 12 weeks of pregnancy. Please contact your local teacher to check availability and register. The classes are held on Monday evenings from 7pm until 8.30pm.

A 16 hour course of 3 Thursday evening sessions (for women plus birthing partner), 2 Saturday sessions (for women plus birthing partner) and 1 Tuesday morning session (for women only). There will also be a 2 hour reunion after the births. There will also be a 2 hour breastfeeding session added to this course date and time TBC

An 18 hour course of 4 weekday evening sessions (for women plus birthing partner), 2 Saturday sessions (for women plus birthing partner) and 1 Tuesday morning session (for women only), including breastfeeding. There will also be a 2 hour reunion after the births. The Methodist Church, in Weston on Trent ( DE72 2BL) is easily accessible from ALL parts of Derby. Such as; approx 20 mins from Mickleover/Littleover and approx 15 mins from Oakwood/Spondon areas and most people access Weston via A50
