A 15 hour course of 4 Wednesday evening sessions (for women plus birthing partner), 1 weekday daytime session (for women only) and 1 weekday daytime session (for women plus birthing partner), including breastfeeding. There will also be a 2 hour reunion after the births.

A 15 hour course of 2 weekend sessions and 1 Wednesday afternoon session, including breastfeeding.
