'Bumps and Babies' - a friendly and informal group for mums to be and those with babies to walking stage. Dads, grandparents and carers are also very welcome and you do not need to be an NCT member to come along

When - Tuesdays 10am to 12 noon 

Where - The Community Room, St Cuthberts Church, North End, Durham (opposite DLI museum)

Cost - Free if you are pregnant or if it is your first week. £1 per adult there after.

'Twins & Mulitples' - a friendly and informal group for parents and carers of twin, triplets and more. A great place to chat about the particular challenges faced by multiple birth families. Anyone welcome and you do not need to be an NCT member to come along

When - Mondays (except Bank Holidays) 9.30am to 11.30am
