Venue: Brockworth Community Centre, Brockworth
NCT Relax, Stretch and Breathe (yoga based exercise) classes are held as a weekly drop-in. You can start coming to RSB any time after 12 weeks of pregnancy please contact Gillian Merrett Holmes, your local teacher, to check availability and register. The class is held on Monday evenings, 6.30 to at 8.30pm.

A 16.5 hour course of 2 Saturday sessions and 2 Friday evening sessions, including breastfeeding. There will also be a 2 hour reunion after the births.

A 16.5 hour course of 2 Saturday sessions (for women plus birthing partner), 1 Wednesday morning session (for women only) and 1 Wednesday evening session (for women plus birthing partner), including breastfeeding. There will also be a 2 hour reunion after the births.

A 14 hour course of 2 Saturday sessions (for women plus birthing partner) and 1 Wednesday morning session (for women only). There will also be a 2 hour reunion after the births. There will a 2.5 breastfeeding session added to this course.
