Bumps and Babies drop-in groups are run on a weekly basis at the National Maritime Museum cafe 10:30-11:30, for all parents to be and new parents, and are open to NCT members and non-members. The aim is to offer support and share experiences, and to encourage friendships. Just turn up, no booking necessary.

We hope to start a weekly programme of events at the Bumps and Babies meet-ups, including talks by health professionals, taster sessions for babies activities, postnatal exercise classes and baby photography.
