Have I really registered? 

Make sure you leave an email address because if you have registered then you will receive an email confirming it.  You will also receive an email with your sellers unique number, guidelines and labels.  If you don’t receive this within a week of registering then please email nnsguildford@yahoo.co.uk to chase up.  If you register late and don’t receive an email in a few days then call or email to check.

How does the sale work?

Sellers bring their items in the morning along with their registration fee.  They register at the front desk then put out their items in the correct labelled places in the hall.  The sale operates like a retail store.  People browse all items and buy.  We then work out who has sold what and you come to pick up your unsold items and cheque at the end of the day.

What time do I have to drop my items off?

You have to drop your goods off between 8am and 9am.

What time do I have to pick up my items?

Pick up between 3pm and 3.30pm.  Any items not picked up will be donated to charity.  If you don’t want to collect your cheque then we will post it to you but you must let us know first thing in the morning when you register.

What time is presale if I have volunteered more than 2 hours of my time?

Presale is at 10am.  You can come to presale if you have volunteered for any shift during the day or if you have donated more than 2 hours of your time before the day helping the team prepare.

What can/can’t I sell?

When you register a seller’s pack is emailed to you and in the pack is a list of items we are unable to allow you to sell.  You will also see this list on the website under our seller’s guidelines link.

Where is the hall?

St. Josephs Church, York Road, GU1 4AZ

Is there parking?

There is parking under the church or in the multi-storey car park near the church.  Both are pay and display.

What happens if I can’t make it on the day?

If you can’t make it on the day itself due to unforeseen circumstances then please let the NNS co-ordinator know by email (nnsguildford@yahoo.co.uk) or by phoning.
