So many decisions, so little time...

It can be quite overwhelming the number of decisions you feel you need to make about giving birth. Our one and only piece of advice is to get as much information as you can, and on the day to manage your expectations. Things may or may not happen exactly as you'd planned and liked them to [surely everyone hopes for a pain free, quick, easy birth in homelike surroundings?!] but giving birth is just the beginning of your baby's life, so don't forget to think further ahead than the "perfect birth".
