An easy walk in the park followed by tea and the playground. Everyone is welcome - ideal for parents with babies and toddlers as well as Mums-to-be.

• Every Monday
• Time: 10:00am - 11:30am (N.B. The actual walk only goes for 20-30 mins).
• Venue: Holland Park - meet outside the Cafe about 10am (we will be waiting outside for the first 10-15 minutes).

If you fancy just getting out of the house, meeting other parents, having a chat or getting some fresh air, this is for you. The pace of the walk will depend on those meeting on the day. Please note that children don't have to stay in their buggy, if they prefer to walk along with us, that is fine too. 

Do I have to be a member of the NCT? No, you don't need to be a member. Our groups are open to all. But if you are interested in supporting the work of NCT, we would encourage you to register as a member.

Can I help?  Kensington & Chelsea NCT, including all our events and activities, is run by volunteers.  We are seeking volunteers to help with hosting our buggy walks. You can help out as many times as you want - once every month is fine. You can expect to be at Holland Park from 9.50am to 11.30am and, of course, bring your own children along.  If you would like more information about the group or helping out please email nctkensington@yahoo.co.uk.
