The NCT provides great support to all us Mums and Dads, especially first time round, but through its campaigning work it wants to make the services and facilities we need much better.  It¹s not just about what happens nationally, but what we can do to stop ill thought out changes or push for improvements to what affects us here in Lewisham.

We¹ve had some great success over the years. In 2009 our branch successfully campaigned to influence the Picture of Health consultation on healthcare in south east London, resulting in improvements to the proposed changes to maternity and newborn services for families. So we know we can make a difference.
