Relax, Stretch and Breathe Classes

These antenatal classes are for women only and use gentle yoga based exercises and stretches to prepare women for birth: with a focus on breathing techniques, positions for labour and relaxations but will also cover optimal foetal positioning, avoiding perineal damage and much more.

The aim for these classes is for you to have an enjoyable and relaxing time, whilst improving your physical and emotional well-being, and increasing your chances of a positive birth experience. The postures are very gentle, specifically designed so that you can attend throughout your pregnancy
