Have you had support from the National Childbirth Trust (NCT) in the past and now want to give something back? Are you new to the area and want to meet new people? Then get involved with the Olney branch of NCT!

Organised and run by volunteers from Olney and the surrounding villages, the branch are looking for new people with fresh ideas to get involved. From helping to organise an event, to writing an article for the branch magazine, or hosting a coffee morning for new mums and their babies, there’s something to suit you.

We are particularly looking for people to join our committee and to join small teams which carry out particular tasks for the branch. We are setting up small teams to organise events such as the Cheeky Monkeys Tea Party and the Nearly New Sales, and to produce our twice-yearly magazine, Nurture. Joining the teams is a great way to meet new people and use your experience, as well as learn new skills to put on your CV.

Your membership enables the NCT to train antenatal, postnatal teachers and breastfeeding counsellors.

Your membership enables the Olney branch to support local parents by providing the activities outlined in this leaflet and baby facilities at local events.

Your membership enables you to get in to all our Nearly New Sales early!

Without your subscription, we would be unable to offer as much support as we do. Without subsidies, Bumps and Beyond would not be able to run, without you we wouldn’t be able to run the many free help lines nationally, including the post natal support line.
