This is the place to come for relaxed breastfeeding support. Every Wednesday we have comfy chairs, chatty volunteers and a nice free lunch too - just for you! A trained NCT Breastfeeding Counsellor is always on hand to provide support and information.

Help is available on all aspects of breastfeeding and its impact on daily life – from starting to stopping and all the variations in between. In a relaxed, informal atmosphere you can:
• Chat to other mums and discover you and your baby are quite normal
• Get one-to-one help from an NCT Breastfeeding Counsellor
• Look at information which is designed to help you make informed decisions.
• Enjoy some tasty refreshments.

All pregnant or breastfeeding mums are welcome to drop in at any time during opening hours. You can bring your partner too.
