Rugby NCT hires out specially designed 'Valley cushions' to help ease pain and discomfort after childbirth. The Valley cushion is scientifically proven to relieve perineal and perianal pain. Find out more by visiting the Valley Cushions website.

Please note, valley cusions need to be collected from and returned to our local NCT volunteer in Rugby, Warwickshire.

It costs £15 to hire the cushion (minimum of 5 days hire). Any days after that cost £2 per day and you can have it for as long as you need. There is a £25 refundable deposit.
