Whichever way you feed your baby you will be welcome at all NCT events. We recognise though that If you are breastfeeding, expressing or combined feeding you may need a bit of extra help.

Breastfeeding Counsellors

All NCT Breastfeeding Counsellors have breastfed, have received intensive training and give out the latest, evidence based information.

Open Houses and Bumps & Babes

If you don't need assistance, but would just like to chat to other Mums who share your experiences of feeding your baby, why not go along to one of our Open Houses or Bumps & Babes? These are small friendly groups where you can find Mums who have formula fed, breast fed or both. You are welcome at Open Houses from when you are first pregnant until your child starts school.

Bumps & Babes are for bumps and babies upto the age of one. Please see our events section for more details.

Baby Cafes

Baby Cafe's aren't run by the NCT but are a great way to meet other breastfeeding mums too. Currently there are Baby Cafe's in Crewe, Nantwich, Sandbach and Congleton. Please visit www.thebabycafe.org for more information.
