Egroups: Need to chat to someone who understands what you are experiencing or who can offer you valuable information based on their own experience? We know it’s not always possible to meet up in person, so we have a range of egroups offering online support so you can exchange information, experiences and thoughts.
Dads: NCT has launched a brand new set of resources for dads and dads-to-be including online booklets and a DVD to help them adjust to their role. Dads can use these to help them handle changes to their lifestyle, and the major questions that fatherhood throws up.
Helplines: For useful information and support during pregnancy and birth, please call one of our telephone helplines or use our online service. Our services are provided by a small team of trained and experienced NCT workers.

Stepping Stones: Stepping Stones is the NCT’s latest free information service for parents. Covering pregnancy, your baby’s development and life as a parent, Stepping Stones will take you from your third month of pregnancy to your baby’s second birthday. We make sure that you get information at the right time for you by basing our distribution on your baby’s due date or birthday.
