Come along to our popular antenatal classes in out area. Run by qualified NCT Antenatal teachers, these classes help prepare you and your partner for you labour, birth and life with your new baby. You can view our course programme online. Please contact us to book a place on our courses.

Valley Cushion Hire

Are you sitting comfortably? Some new mums might benefit from using a Valley Cushion after having their baby, as it can sometimes be uncomfortable to sit on a standard cushion or chair. A Valley Cushion relives discomfort caused by an episiotomy, and allows you to site comfortably to feed you baby or relax. Please contact us for more information.

Breast Pump Hire

You might be thinking about going back to work, and may need to use a breastpump to express milk for your baby. We have hospital grade Ameda electric breast pumps available for hire. Please contact us for more information.

Postnatal Support

Come along to 'Bumps and Babes' or 'Open House' for friendship and mutual support from other local parents. Run by parents for parents, our groups are very friendly and relaxed. Please contact us to join in, or see our Bumps and Babes or Open Houses web-pages.

Call our trained NCT Breastfeeding Counsellors for information and support to help you breastfeed successfull.

Baby and Child First Aid Courses

We run regular Baby and Child first aid courses covering essential first aid for babies and children.

Weaning Workshops

Confused about when to wean onto solids?
Want to know what food to offer and when?

The NCT run regular weaning classes for parents of babies aged between 3-6 months old. The class is run by a NCT trained Breastfeeding Counsellor. Your baby is welcome to attend with you. (Dates should be listed in the course finder, but the following are some dates ....):
