NCT Yoga for Pregnancy classes will be held as a weekly drop-in, so you can start at any stage in your pregnancy, after 12 weeks. Classes run every Sunday from 5pm - 6.45pm.

A 14.5 hour course of 6 weekday evening sessions, including breastfeeding. There will also be a 2 hour reunion after the births.
