Breastfeeding Drop-ins

We offer 3 free breastfeeding drop-ins across the area. A mother can experience difficulties feeding her baby, whether it is her first or fifth. The breastfeeding counsellor can help you work through these difficulties offering a listening ear and some practical information and support. Expectant parents can also talk through any queries or past experiences.

Just come along to talk to one of our trained NCT breastfeeding counsellors. You do not need to be an NCT member. Please try to arrive in the first half hour of any drop in:

• Mondays 10.30 - 11.30 am Castle Hill Baptist Church, Castle Hill, Warwick, CV32 4EX (term time only).
• Wednesdays 10.30 -11.30 am alternating between Kenilworth Children's Centre (Bertie Road, Kenilworth, tel: 01926 853394) and St John's Children's Centre (Mortimer Road, Kenilworth, tel: 01926 856397). 
• Thursdays 2.00-3.30pm at St Mark's Church Hall, Rugby Road, Leamington Spa.

Leamington Breastfeeding Friendly Guide

Leamington’s Breastfeeding Friendly Guide has been designed to assist breastfeeding mothers taking their babies out and about in Leamington Spa. It lists restaurants, café’s and venues that are positive about breastfeeding and also provides information about other child friendly facilities.  Mothers from the Leamington and Warwick Children’s Centres and local NCT branch visited local establishments to find out if they were breastfeeding friendly and to view the facilities provided. This information has been compiled to raise the profile of breastfeeding in this area, recognise local businesses who are positive about breastfeeding and provide information for mothers who wish to breastfeed in Leamington Spa. Please follow the link (in the 'Related Documents' box on the right of the page) from the NCT Warwickshire Central homepage for this guide.
