Our branch is run by a great team of volunteers, parents and expectant parents just like you. New volunteers are always welcomed and there are a range of opportunities available. Help and support is given for all these roles from within the branch and through contact with other branches via yahoogroups.

Vacancies:

Branch Secretary: Small time commitment of just the meetings. For further responsibilities, see the link on the right.

Newsletter Distribution Coordinator (Maternity Cover): Works with the Membership Secretary and current volunteers to organise the distribution of 600 newsletters 4 times a year. Commitment is approximately 6 hours for each edition of the newsletter.

Not too much time/ back to work soon?

Class Supporter: attached to an antenatal class as a way to help new parents integrate into the whole NCT family as well as helping them find their feet in the first few weeks as parents! Role lasts for about two months, with an hour or two each week.

Marketing team - we desperately need people to help us publicise all we do.  Can you help us put posters up or hand out flyers?  Get in touch!

First Birthday Party Planner: plan just one party or more! Could just take a few hours.

Fundraising Team Member: contributes to the team organising events such as Nearly New Sales, Cheeky Monkey Tea Parties, Quiz nights etc.
