NCT Yoga for Pregnancy classes are held as a weekly drop-in. You can start coming to NCT Yoga for Pregnancy any time after 12 weeks of pregnancy right up to the time your baby is born. The classes are held on Monday evenings from 7 to 9 pm. There are also two sessions on Thursdays, one at one at 10.30am to 12.30pm and the other 7-9pm. Booking is necessary so contact your local teacher using the link below to check availability and register.

A 16.5 hour course of 5 weekday evening sessions and 1 Saturday session, including breastfeeding. There will also be a 2 hour reunion after the births.

A 14.5 hour course of 1 Saturday session (for women plus birthing partner), 1 Wednesday evening session (for women plus birthing partner) and 1 Friday daytime session (for women only), including breastfeeding.
