These groups are run on a weekly basis in local halls, for all parents to be and new parents, and are open to members and non-members alike. The aim is to offer support and share experiences, and to encourage friendships to evolve. Expectant parents and all babies from birth to crawling age are welcome, until you feel they have grown out of the group activities and are ready for toddler playgroup.  Refreshments are provided.

A weekly programme of events is run at each Bumps and Babies venue, including social lunches, talks by health professionals, taster sessions for babies activities, postnatal exercise classes, and visits by our baby photographer. Please see our Diary Dates for dates and further information.

We currently have three  regular Bumps and Babies groups running:

• Hatfield: Howe Dell Childrens Centre, Tuesdays 1.30-3pm,
• Welwyn Garden City: Free Church, Church Road (opposite Sainsburys), Wednesdays 2-4 pm
• Woolmer Green Village Hall: Hall Lane, Thursdays 1.30-3.30pm
