B.A.B.I.E.S (Babies And Breastfeeding, Information, Encouragement, Support) provides free breastfeeding support and help to all new mothers in the Winchester and District area.

NCT Relax, Stretch and Breathe (yoga based exercise) classes are held as a weekly drop-in, so you can start at any stage in your pregnancy, after 12 weeks. The classes run on Thursdays 10-11.30 term time only.

A weekly, informal antenatal class run by the National Childbirth Trust antenatal teachers. Suitable for mums-to-be from any stage of pregnancy. The group meets at Sparklers Childrens Centre, Garbett Road (SO23 0NY) on Friday mornings 10am to 12 noon, term time only. Free entry

A 19 hour course of 7 Monday evening sessions (for women plus birthing partner) and 1 Thursday morning session (for women only), including breastfeeding. There will also be a 2 hour reunion after the births.

An 18 hour course of 3 weekday daytime sessions (for women only), 3 weekday evening sessions (for women plus birthing partner) and 2 Saturday morning sessions (for women plus birthing partner), including breastfeeding. There will also be a 2 hour reunion after the births.
