Wirral NCT is a network of parents across the Wirral who could be your customers.

Wirral Branch covers the whole of the Wirral, from New Brighton and Hoylake, down to Ellesmere Port & Neston. This area includes many pregnant women and parents of young children.

As well as running various types of antenatal courses and Early Days courses we have a packed calendar of committee meetings, social events, Nearly New Sales, a Pregnancy & Baby Fair, an annual Tea Party and AGM. Several areas run Coffee Groups hosted by local mums every week. We also publish a newsletter three times per year covering subjects of interest to local parents, and run a successful and active website (this one!). We help to improve facilities for mums and babies in the area by taking part in local health care committees. We campaign for better conditions and more parental choice through initiatives such as Breastfeeding Awareness Week and by working with local health visitors and midwives.

All of this is run entirely by volunteers who want to help other parents to enjoy their birth and parenting experience and to continue the good work of the NCT.

Newsletter Advertising

Our newsletter is sent out by mail to members three times a year. We also place copies in libraries, health centres, GP surgeries, etc. Advertising copy deadlines are usually 4 weeks prior to publication.

Our newsletter is an A5 colour production, with a print run of 200. To compliment the 40+ pages of news, reviews and vital information for parents, each edition usually comprises several pages of advertising from local companies, the majority of which buy advertising in a series of four issues for which they receive a 10% loyalty discount on the rate card prices below. Rates are available for single issue adverts also.
