Relax, Stretch and Breathe Classes - Weekly

Weekly classes for pregnant women from 12 weeks with NCT antenatal teacher Lynn held in Worcester.

These relaxing sessions are aimed to help improve your physical and emotional well being whilst also increasing your chances of a positive birth experience. If you are already a mother these sessions give you time to focus on your new pregnancy and think about your wishes for your birth.

For first time mothers there will be lots of practical tips and the opportunity to meet other pregnant women and share experiences. Each session consists of an hour of gentle stretching with yoga based exercises, breathing awareness and time for relaxation.

This is followed with refreshments and time to chat with other mums to be about pregnancy or birth related topics with a small group of women.
