Within the Worcester and Droitwich area, the branch holds 5 Nearly New Sales each year, thus ensuring that parents -to-be and new parents have opportunities throughout the year to maintain and update the wardrobe and toybox for their family and are a great way to buy and sell good quality, nearly new baby clothes, children's clothes, toys, equipment and maternity wear. NOW GOING TO AGES OF 8

Generally our sales are held at Perdiswell Leisure Centre, WR3 8DX though it is worth checking before you set out, by looking in our events, our small talk newsletter, or calling the branch information line.

All items must be nearly new, complete and in good condition. We do not accept soft toys, fitted shoes or trainers, hand knitted goods, mains electrical equipment, car seats, booster seats, sit-in baby walkers, mattresses, breast pumps, baby bouncers, riding hats, cycling helmets, clothing with drawstring necks or prams, pushchairs and buggies that do not conform to BS 7409 or which have an intregral car seat.

For those items that you cannot sell through our Nearly New Sales, such as prams without instructions or some larger items, a classified advertising service is available at the sale for an additional charge of £2 and for an extra £1 this will go to the classified section of our quarterly newsletter,

Sale Opening times: 10.30am – 12 noon, NCT Members Pre-shop at 10.15am, must have members card. Entry price: £1.00 per person

Volunteers

Sellers

The sales registrations are open 6 weeks prior to the sale date and closes 2 weeks prior to the sale, unless 65 total sellers is reached and verified with payment before the close date. No acceptance of late sellers outside of this criteria.

Please register using the link above and ensure that your deposits are sent to the NCT Treasurer to arrive 2 weeks prior to the sale date.
Labels: please use the smart application on the registration site which will create your labels in a pdf format.
The only acceptable method for the display of clothes is on hangers, if any other forms of display are delivered these will NOT BE put out on display for sale.

Additional Services provided for the Sales

Tagging guns are the preferred method for attaching your labels and are available for just £6.95 from Worcester and Droitwich NCT, replacement barbs for £1.50/1000 and needles for £1.50 - please email nearlynewsale@yahoo.co.uk for more details!*

We offer a label printing service to help sellers with their barcoded labels for a charge of £5 per sale, including recorded delivery postage. To use this service please email the Treasurer ncttreasurer@yahoo.co.uk for full details.

If you can help the branch out by handing out/putting up/delivering or having some leaflets publicising Nearly New Sales in your area please contact us and let us know how many and we will send/deliver leaflets to you - though we will need to know your name and address.
