The York branch newsletter is called 'Coo and Babble' and is published 4 times a year. It contains news, events, experiences and commercial adverts at a local level as well as articles relevant to the NCT UK-wide.Coo and Babble coversIt also provides the contacts for all the services provided via the York team, from breastfeeding counsellors to postnatal support and coffee mornings to evening socials. It is written and compiled by local branch members who constantly strive to include material which is both helpful and fun to read when you have 5 minutes peace!Coo and Babble is free to all NCT members but is available at groups and events for a small donation to help us cover production costs. It is also distributed to midwives, health visitors, hospital wards, clinics and doctor's surgeries in our area.Contribute to Coo and Babble!We are always looking new content for for future issues. So if you have an idea for an article or feature, or even just a few tips, we are always pleased to receive them. Birth stories are expecially popular.
