Cheeky Monkeys Tea Party at your workplace

NCT Cheeky Monkeys Tea Parties are held across the UK every year between May and September and provide a great opportunity to get together and raise money to aid the vital work of the NCT. 

NCT Cheeky Monkeys Tea Parties are very easy to run and there are so many things you can do whatever the size of your organisation. We think fundraising should be FUN so go bananas with these hints and tips below or bring your own to the party:

  • get the boss to make tea for the office all day and pay for the service
  • promote creativity by finding out who is the best jungle animal cartoonist
  • use our Tea Quiz or create your own for fun
  • announce a cake baking competition
  • guess the weight of the cake

You can be as creative as you want as long as it is legal. We are also her to help if you have any questions or have some good ideas that we can pass around the network.

This year the NCT Cheeky Monkeys Tea Parties are raising funds for the development of the NCT Postnatal Line to help parents with queries about pregnancy, birth, caring for their baby or adjusting to becoming a mum or a dad.

Every penny you raise helps with as little as £50 will enable us to help 10 new parents cope with the challenge of becoming a parent; help us to be there for them.  

Naomi from Culcheth, Cheshire held a tea party at her company last year.

 “Time and time again, the NCT are referred to as a very helpful resource during those tender, early years. We chose to participate in the Cheeky Monkeys Tea Party because with our links with young children through our own young families, and through our toy and bookshop and the local community we wanted to give something back to an organisation that helps so many mums and their children. The NCT pack we received provided loads of great ideas and all that was need was a little bit of imagination! We had such a great time and it was lovely to get everyone together for such a worthy cause."

Registration costs £10, this is the amount to we ask you to pay to cover the cost of sending you our fundraising pack. We will send you an email how to pay the money in after we have received your tea party registration.
