A round up of social events for 2009 

This years social events have been as fantastic as ever. Not only have we held our usual houses (Thankyou once again to those hosts!), and our Annual “Cheeky monkey's tea party” in the summer, (which raised over £100 profit) but we have also enjoyed some new events.  

 “Lights and Lunch” at the Ferrer's Centre was one of these. The children had a great time looking at all the lights around the garden centre, and when the cold finally got to us, we retreated to enjoy a warm lunch inside. “Paint a pot” was seriously oversubscribed this year. The older children enjoyed a morning painting Christmas tree decorations, (and themselves), and the younger babies endured Mum's creating masterpieces to treasure with baby foot and hand prints.

 Despite the cold weather and fog we had a wonderful turnout for the “Ladies Xmas meal night”. The food was fantastic, and in true “Cattows” style we rounded off with some delicious desserts. 

We ended the year at our Christmas party.  All the children enjoyed the  soft play, followed by a wonderful spread at the party tea. It was lovely to see so many new faces, and parents with babies who just joined us for the social side. We would like to thank all our official sponsors, and parents for their contributions.

This years Easter Party will be held, as per last year, at Litle Rascals in Bretby. Normal admission charges apply. If you would like to book your space please contact Liz Moreton to reserve your space
