Nearly New Sales - How to Sell

Seller registration opens 9am Saturday 11th September 2010

In either case please state:

This sale will be run the same as the previous sales. It is not a table top sale where sellers have their own goods and sell direct to the public. The Basingstoke branch runs a 'department store style' sale. This means that each type of item is seperated and all put together. So, the sale has 9 'departments':

Books and dvd's

Puzzles and games

Toys

Shoes and wellies

packaged and bedding (packaged are all the bits and pieces babies and young children need or want to have e.g. sleepsuits, vests, babygrows, dummy clips etc)

Small equipment (this is the section for the nappy bins, potties, kids loo seats)

Clothing rails (for clothes from 0 - 8yrs)

Large toys (bikes, slides, swings, small trampolines, scooters)

Large equipment (cots, prams, high chairs, moses baskets)

This helps buyers to find the items all in one place (some come with shopping lists!). It also allows people to browse without the feeling of being watched. (Well, that's what the nearly new sale team has been told).
