 Breathing and Relaxation

In addition to our traditional antenatal classe, Bath NCT run weekly NCT Yoga for Pregnancy Classes for Mums-to-be from 14 weeks pregnant  right through to full term. 

These classes focus on breathing & relaxation, through yoga based postures, breathing awareness, stretching and relaxation techniques. The classes will give you time to focus on yourself and your baby, develop body awareness and help you to prepare for labour, birth and on into motherhood. 

A range of breathing techniques are taught, to promote relaxation, a sense of calmness and connection throughout your pregnancy.  Others are designed for use during labour to help reduce anxiety, stay focused and in control. The classes are a great opportunity to meet other pregnant women. 

At the end of each class refreshments are served and there is time to share questions and knowledge in a supportive environment. The classes are run by a qualified NCT Yoga for Pregnancy Teacher.

We currently run a 4 week course of daytime classes or you can attend on a drop-in basis.
