Parents attending an early days course usually discover that the early months are full of uncertainty. Too much advice and conflicting information can mean it is not always clear what you should do for the best, for you and your baby, or where to go for the answers.
Through group discussion and the sharing of ideas, you will discover that there are different ways that work for different parents and their babies. Early Days courses creates an environment of shared experiences where many people make lifelong friends.

Issues covered by groups can include:-

• The difference between expectations and the reality of parenthood
• Ideas for settling a crying baby
• Getting the most out of the day, without feeling exhausted
• Returning to work, or not
