Welcome to Gloucester and District Branch

Welcome to Gloucester and District NCT.  We are a well-established branch in Gloucestershire.  Our branch incorporates Gloucester and the majority Forest of Dean with over 150 members.  

Our activities include local Antenatal classes, three Nearly New Sales a year, a weekly Bumps and Babies group and weekly Open House coffee mornings that meet up regularly. 

All funds we raise through branch activities are put towards training NCT Antenatal Teachers, NCT Breastfeeding Counsellors, NCT Postnatal Leaders, who work in support of our branch. 

Our branch Breastfeeding Counsellors can answer your calls on breastfeeding and also lead the breastfeeding parts of our antenatal classes.

This Branch is run entirely by volunteers and we are always looking for extra volunteers to lend a hand.  Many of the jobs are very small and can be shared with someone else so if you have some time to spare then please see our Volunteering / Get Involved section.

Why not get together with your antenatal group or Bumps & Babies or coffee group and ask us how you can help. It might be something as simple as putting information into bags, distributing posters for our NCT Nearly New Sale or, if you are feeling ambitious, co-ordinating an event!!
