NCT Antenatal course (C149) - Higham - February babies

Two full day sessions (Saturdays 10th & 17th January)plus a women only morning and a breastfeeding session (total 16 hour course including a reunion after the babies are born). Course to prepare either couples or individuals for the birth experience. It covers labour including types of birth, positions to help labour and birth, pain relief as well as the early days of parenting and breastfeeding.
