Babies, Toddlers and Mums-to-Be Groups

Our branch runs two weekly sessions for new families. All are welcome to just come along, meet other new parents and have a relaxing chat over coffee and biscuits

Our groups are the hubs of our branch and a great place to meet NCT volunteers and other parents over a cup of tea and a biscuit (sometimes they're even homemade!)  We have healthy toddler snacks, lots of toys, a large indoor space for the older children to run around and a separate carpeted room for babies.
Our trainee Antenatal leader and Breastfeeding Peer Supporter, Gemma is on hand to offer support to mums-to-be and new mums and can also offer  maternity and breastfeeding bra fittings as the NCT has a very pretty and affordable range.

We also frequently organize special activities and free demonstration classes, such as music sessions, crafts for toddlers, baby massage, and talks from people such as natural nappies and dental nurses.Full changing facilities are available

Mondays (except 4th Monday of the month) 10am-12pm Acorn Childrens Centre, Beridge Road, Halstead.

Wednesdays 930am–11.30am St John's Methodist Church Hall, York Road, Sudbury.  Entrance is on the York Road side of the building and there is also some parking by the church doors.  You can also park up York Road or in the main carpark in Sudbury behind North Street.

We ask for a small donation of of £1.50 per family to help cover our costs. All sessions run throughout the school holidays.
