Occasionally we organize a pub lunch, a walk or a night out on short notice – don’t miss out on these spurt-of-the-moment activities. Samantha Hannay, NCT Postnatal Leader, is holding a 4-week summer postnatal course for new mums.  It will cover the same information as the usual 6-week course and the 3-hour sessions will include a lunch where everyone will be invited to bring something to share.  For more information, click here.
