An intensive antenatal course held over 3 sessions at Hillingdon hospital and the teacher's home and followed by a postnatal session.

Standard Antenatal Course - C109 - Late February Babies - Hillingdon

A course suitable for ladies due in late February/March 2009. If these dates do not suit you for any reason, please contact us to check availability on other classes. New classes are scheduled on a regular basis and whilst we try to keep the website up to date, places become available daily

Extended Antenatal - C133 - Hillingdon - April babies

An extended antenatal course that will also include a postnatal session. The classes are held at Hillingdon hospital except as indicated.

An intensive course held over 2 days at Hillingdon hospital and followed by a postnatal session

General Enquiry- Intensive Antenatal Classes - HILLINGDON

The intensive courses concentrate on maximising the chance of having a straightforward birth, the course will not include medical pain management, instrumental delivery, Caesarean, medical induction. There will plenty of opportunity to practice breathing and positions for labour and birth. Increasing a women's confidence to birth her baby and providing support and information to birth supporters/Dads. We will also explore skin to skin and techniques to settle babies and gain an understanding why babies cry. This will help Mum and Dad to adjust to life with baby. The antenatal classes will be held at Hillingdon hospital. There will also be a 2.5 hour postnatal session.
