Birth Choice Support Group

Offering support and information around your choices for pregancy and birth, the group is held on the last Tuesday evening of the month.

We have a range of resources available including leaflets, books and dvds on pregnancy and birth. The purpose of the group is to facilitate the sharing of experiences and knowledge.

We theme the night to meet the needs of women who attend and their partners. Topics covered to date include Vaginal Birth After Caeserean (VBAC), Lotus Birth, Homebirth, Waterbirth and Birth Planning.
