Antenatal Classes

We have several antenatal teachers, running classes throughout the year. Groups are organised so that you will be with others due to have their baby around the same time. Classes are a great way to meet other new parents and get the information you need to make informed choices about pregnancy, childbirth and early parenthood. The classes are ideal for first time parents. There are refresher courses for those of you who have done it before. For more information see our courses page or contact the Parent Services Administrator at bookings4s@nct.org.uk or on 0844 243 6910.

Active Birth Classes

Informative and informal discussion on all aspects of labour as well as lots of practice in breathing, relaxation skills and positions for labour. An excellent refresher class for mums who have done it before! For women only but with an optional partner's session.  For more information see our courses page or contact the Parent Services Administrator at bookings4s@nct.org.uk or on 0844 243 6910.
