Welcome

Welcome to the South Gloucestershire Branch of the NCT. Our branch is run by local parent volunteers, offering support, information and friendship to new parents and parents-to-be. Our area includes Chipping Sodbury, Yate, Iron Acton, Frampton Cotterell, Rangeworthy, Wickwar, Bradley Stoke, Stoke Gifford, Filton, Fishponds, Downend and Emerson's Green.

We organize a range of services and activities, including antenatal classes, coffee mornings, breastfeeding support, breast pump hire, Valley Cushion hire, nearly new sales, social events and much more.   

All of our events and services are open to members and non-members, regardless of your parenting choices. We’d love to hear from you, whether you’re breastfeeding or bottle-feeding your baby, have had a natural or complicated birth, are new to the area or have lived here all your life. If you think the NCT is just for a certain type of parent, think again! We’re here for everybody, and aim to support you to become the parent you want to be.

To keep updated about all our forthcoming social and fundraising events you might like to join our Yahoo egroups. Our social egroup will send you notices of all our events, and our discussion egroup is a forum to chat with other local parents. Feel free to join both. We also have a thriving Facebook group which is open to everyone.
