Welcome  - February 2010

Hi everyone,
I just wanted to introduce myself as the new Branch Co-ordinator for the Staines, Egham and Ashford
NCT branch. I’m very new to the NCT but already excited about joining a new committee, meeting new
friends and having fun this year with all the possibilities that volunteering with the NCT branch can bring.

We have an enthusiastic new committee with lots of great ideas and a variety of skills to really get things
moving this year. See our introductions in this issue of the newsletter.

We are, as always, looking for new volunteers to join us and below are the roles we are specifically
looking to fill. If you would like to get more involved in the branch and meet new friends then why not
join us.

Just a note on time commitments; you maybe worried about volunteering as you don’t know how much
time you will be able to commit (I had the same concern before I took on the co-ordination role),
however I can reassure you that we are all in the same boat and there’ll be lots of support where on
occasions you cannot spare the time.
