Volunteer your time

Volunteers, parents and expectant parents just like you, run our branch. You don’t need to take on huge tasks, just commit whatever time you can or your previous experience and skills. It is a great way to learn new skills, make new friends, and represent the NCT. Get in touch and get involved.

We have an amazingly strong and vibrant group of volunteers in the branch, but we are always looking for more people to get involved.   Currently, we are particularly in need of a new branch Chair, helpers and a co-ordinator for the W4 playgroup, and volunteers to undertake PR for the branch.  For more details on any of these vacancies, phone the Branch Enquiry Line on 0870 421 4852

Public Relations Officer

We now have a great social team ready to organise local events, but need a PR officer to help us advertise these events.  This is a very small role taking very little time but HUGELY important for use to make the most of letting our community know about these events.  Call Geraldine on 0208 748 2116 to find out more.

Birth and Baby fair co-ordinators

A team of people is needed to recruit and organise vendors and advertisers, research venues, coordinate volunteers as well as oversee the actual day.  This is a great opportunity for any of you that are interest in event management.  Please call Lisa on 0208 747 1581

Social Events committee

We currently have a great group of volunteers organising lots of fun events for mums, dada and babies in our area.  The problem is we have too many great ideas and are looking for volunteers to help organise!  Please call Vickie on 0790 1892 2221

West 4 Kids – Join the team for the new 10th Edition

West 4 kids is a comprehensive guide about west London.  Currently in its 9th edition, we really want to produce the 10th edition in 2008 – please be part of that team.

Advertising Sales Person – the roles will include approaching existing and potential new advertisers to get them to splash a bit of cash our way.

Distributor/Sales Person – to obtain local sales outlets and encourage sales of the book through which ever sources we thing will work

Proof readers – two proof reader position require filling
